I worked with Mike on strategy and execution across every core channel , from YouTube to ConvertKit, from LinkedIn repurposing to product funnels, with the goal of simplifying operations, increasing audience reach,
and reducing internal friction.

Responsibilities Included:
Content Ecosystem Oversight

  • Managed weekly YouTube uploads (longform + Shorts)

  • Created YouTube descriptions, tags, end screen CTAs

  • Repurposed longform into Reels, Carousels, and Twitter threads

  • Wrote and scheduled weekly newsletters, blog updates, and podcast posts

  • Developed SOPs for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter rollout

Podcast Publishing

  • Uploaded and scheduled TPO + WTH episodes on YouTube + Podbean

  • Wrote keyword-optimized podcast descriptions

  • Shared episodes to LinkedIn and tracked analytics in custom reporting workflows

Email Funnel Creation & Optimization

  • Built, revised, and tested multiple ConvertKit funnels

  • Created landing pages for lead magnets and free mini-courses

  • Developed email sequences for digital products and campaigns

  • Managed lead tagging, segmentation, and nurture automations

Digital Product & Campaign Support

  • Designed and launched Kajabi course backend (Ultimate Freelance Course, Proposal Mini Course, etc.)

  • Coordinated email-to-offer funnels with layered upsells

  • Supported ad campaigns with asset organization and funnel testing

  • Integrated ManyChat with ConvertKit for opt-in automations

Community & Admin Management

  • Maintained MCA backend operations: replays, access, cancellations, billing

  • Handled comment replies, social monitoring, and engagement

  • Created “Reply Style Guides” to match brand voice

  • Researched paid communities, affiliate programs, and content trends
