All communication is handled through agreed channels (email, project workspace, or scheduled calls). Updates are shared at defined milestones to keep things clear and focused without constant check-ins.
Can you work with tight deadlines?
Yes. This is assessed during the discovery call and prioritised accordingly.
How do we start working together?
Getting started is straightforward and designed to move quickly without confusion.
1. Schedule a discovery call
Book a complimentary call to discuss your business, goals, timeline, and current setup.
2. Clarify needs and direction
During the call, we’ll confirm scope, priorities, and the level of support required.
3. Receive scope and invoice
Within one hour after the call, you’ll receive a clear scope of work and invoice outlining deliverables, timeline, and investment.
4. Onboarding
Once confirmed, onboarding materials and access requests are sent within 24 hours.
5. Kickoff call
We begin with a structured kickoff call within 48 hours to align on execution and next steps.
This process ensures momentum, clarity, and a smooth start from day one.
How involved do I need to be?
Your involvement is intentionally light. You’ll provide direction at key decision points, while I handle the technical setup, configuration, and execution. Collaboration is available if you prefer a more hands-on approach, and we’ll define this during the discovery call.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to required platforms, brand assets (if available), and clarity on priorities. A simple onboarding checklist is provided to make this easy and efficient.
Do you work with existing systems or only new builds?
Both. I can optimise, clean up, or rebuild within existing platforms when appropriate. New builds are recommended only when they add clear strategic value.
Do you provide training or documentation?
Yes — handoff guidance and walkthroughs are provided so you feel confident using your system moving forward.
